Icebox does not provide energy consulting, energy audits, energy benchmarking, or savings projections. Our scope is limited to the mechanical HVAC work — the equipment replacement, retrofit, and upgrade execution that delivers physical improvements to the building's mechanical systems.

The mechanical side of an efficiency plan
Efficiency projects usually arrive with a scope already defined by an owner, an energy consultant, or an engineer of record. Icebox performs that mechanical work: replacing oversized or aging equipment, adding variable-frequency drives, installing economizers and heat recovery, and upgrading controls so the new equipment runs as intended.
Icebox does not audit, model, or project savings, and does not advise on regulatory strategy. What it does provide is execution that matches the plan: correct equipment, correct installation, and commissioning records that show the system operating as specified.
